陀螺瞄准具就是利用陀螺的工作原理,来稳定瞄准具本体或某个光学零件,进而达到稳定图象的目的,即使在载体(如飞机)运动的情况下,也能准确地瞄准目标。歼击机、轰炸机、直升飞机等一般都应用了陀螺瞄准具。近来,由于作战飞机的发展,原有的高炮已不能适应作战的需要,于是,就出现了能边运动边作战的自行高炮。由于它既具有高炮火力猛的特点,又具有装甲车辆的机动性和防护性好的优点,所以英、法、西德、苏联等国相继研制了自行高炮。在运动状态下作战时,瞄准装置需要稳定,于是,飞机上用的陀螺瞄准具,便被“移植”到自行高炮上来了。
The gyroscope uses the working principle of the gyroscope to stabilize the sights on a body or an optical component so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the image and aim at the target accurately even when the carrier (such as an airplane) moves. Fighter aircraft, bombers, helicopters and other gyroscopes are generally used in sight. Recently, due to the development of combat aircraft, the original anti-aircraft guns were no longer able to meet the needs of combat. As a result, self-propelled anti-aircraft guns were able to fight while moving. Since it has both the characteristics of fierce firepower of anti-aircraft artillery, and has the advantages of mobility and protectiveness of armored vehicles, self-propelled anti-aircraft guns have been developed in Britain, France, West Germany and the Soviet Union. The aiming device needed to be stable during combat operations, so the gyroscopes used on the aircraft were “transplanted” to their own anti-aircraft guns.
