2.5吨蓄电池电机车的齿轮装置如图1所示,小齿轮的外径小于滚动轴承的外径,检修或清洗时,须将小齿轮拆下才能拆卸其它齿轮。小齿轮两边均为305轴承,拆卸时需同时将齿轮和轴承一起取出。因两轴承外径一样大,外圈配合也稍紧,当一个轴承通过另一个轴承孔时,稍有偏差就会卡住。加之与小齿轮啮合的另一个齿轮大,箱内空间有限,拆卸时常与齿轮相碰,很不方便。我们对此结构
