目的建立液相色谱法检测奶油中苯并(a)芘的快速检测方法。方法试样中的苯并(a)芘经正己烷溶解提取,通过苯并(a)芘专用SPE小柱分离纯化,液相色谱-配荧光检测器检测,通过保留时间定性、外标法定量。结果该方法检测苯并芘回收率范围在88.4%~98.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.23%~3.22%之间,最低检出限为0.3μg/kg。结论该方法简单、快速、分离度好,适用于批量样品的测定。
Objective To establish a rapid detection method of benzo (a) pyrene in cream by liquid chromatography. Methods Benzo (a) pyrene was extracted by n-hexane, separated and purified by SPE cartridge, and detected by liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector. Qualitative and quantitative by retention time . Results The recoveries of benzopyrene ranged from 88.4% to 98.7%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.23% to 3.22%. The lowest detection limit was 0.3μg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and has good resolution and is suitable for the determination of batch samples.
