报道一种新的HFRS病毒中和抗体检测方法──快速荧光灶抑制试验的建立。方法:病毒和细胞同时加入塑料微孔板上,37℃培养24小时后,经固定和荧光染色,即可在荧光显微镜下判定结果。结果:检验的4株病毒能在Vero-E6细胞上形成荧光灶;接种病毒的浓度与荧光灶里直线关系。用此法检测Z10单价和双价灭活疫苗免疫的20份兔及人血清的中和抗体,与空斑减少中和试验的结果相一致。结果:此法具有快速、简便、敏感、稳定的特点。
A new method for detection of neutralizing antibodies to HFRS virus was reported - the establishment of a rapid fluorescent inhibition test. Methods: Virus and cells were simultaneously added to plastic microplate and incubated at 37 ° C for 24 hours. After fixation and fluorescence staining, the results were determined under a fluorescence microscope. Results: The four viruses tested could form fluorescent foci on Vero-E6 cells. The concentration of virus inoculated was linear with the fluorescence spot. Neutralizing antibodies against 20 rabbits and human serum immunized with the Z10 monovalent and bivalent inactivated vaccines were tested by this method, consistent with the results of the plaque reduction neutralization assay. Results: This method is fast, easy, sensitive and stable.
