目前采购是企业物资系统持续有效发展最核心的要素之一。对企业而言,采购管理就是在保障生产建设物资需求的过程中,根据物资实体流动的规律,应用科学管理方法和策略,对物流活动中计划、采购、仓储、配送、结算等工作进行组织、指挥、协调、控制和监督,使各项物流活动实现最佳的协调与配合,以降低物流成本,提高采购效率和经济效益。面对世界金融危机的影响,根据企业管理实际,笔者对金融危机下企业采购的策略进行一次理论探索。
At present procurement is one of the most essential elements of the sustainable and effective development of the enterprise materials system. For enterprises, in the process of guaranteeing the demand of production and construction materials, procurement management is to organize the work of planning, purchasing, warehousing, distribution and settlement in logistics activities according to the laws of the flow of material entities and applying scientific management methods and strategies. Command, coordinate, control and supervise the logistics activities to achieve the best coordination and cooperation in order to reduce logistics costs and improve procurement efficiency and economic benefits. In the face of the impact of the world financial crisis, according to the actual business management, the author conducts a theoretical exploration of the strategy of corporate purchasing under the financial crisis.
