长输管道油气站场设施包括工艺区及其辅助设施区,作为主体部分的工艺区又分为储罐区、露天生产装置区以及棚式生产装置区等。工艺区灭火器的数量因采用不同规范而产生差异,以储罐、露天生产装置区、棚式生产装置区的占地面积作为计算单元,对工艺区火灾危险场所分别计算每个计算单元的保护面积,火灾危险场所设置消火栓系统或灭火系统时考虑折减系数后确定的计算单元的保护面积。通过对两种计算单元保护面积配置的灭火器材进行保护距离复核,结果表明其满足灭火器保护距离的计算单元保护面积,可作为该工艺区的保护面积进行灭火器材配置。采用这种方法,工艺区灭火器配置更符合实际需要,对扑救初期火灾具有相当重要的参考作用。

Adopting this kind of method, the fire extinguisher configuration in the process area is more in line with the actual needs and has a very important reference function for fighting the initial fire.
