考察了升温H_2还原及抽空处理对Pt/ZnO催化剂在水煤气变换反应中的活性的影响,并进行了XRD检测,发现催化剂经300℃以上H_2处理出现PtZn界面相后,催化活性显著提高。抽空处理则不同,高温抽空过的样品经反应后才检测到PtZn的XRD谱峰,讨论了PtZn的形成及其与催化性能的关系。
The effect of H2 reduction and evacuation at elevated temperature on the activity of Pt / ZnO catalyst in water gas shift reaction was investigated. The results of XRD showed that the catalytic activity of PtZn interfacial phase increased significantly after the catalyst was treated at 300 ℃. The evacuation process is different. The samples of high temperature evacuated samples were detected by the reaction of the XRD peaks of PtZn. The formation of PtZn and its relationship with the catalytic performance were discussed.
