通过对浙江省医院图书馆专业人员知识结构现状分析,参考MLA(美国医学图书馆协会)继续教育和专业发展计划,对浙江省的医学图书馆员的继续教育和学科专业发展模式作了初步的设想和探讨。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of the knowledge structure of hospital staffs in Zhejiang Province and the continuing education and professional development plan of MLA (American Medical Library Association), this paper makes a preliminary study of the continuing education and discipline development of medical librarians in Zhejiang Province Imagination and discussion.
