研究了淬火工艺对9SiCr钢力学性能的影响,并分析了9SiCr钢的显微组织。结果表明:9SiCr钢经常规热处理后冲击韧度不足。经860℃×30 min淬火+200℃×9 min盐浴等温淬火后,9SiCr钢的硬度与常规淬火的硬度相当;再经180℃×2 h回火处理后,冲击韧度比常规淬火的提高了49.5%,钢的综合力学性能得到改善。
The effect of quenching process on the mechanical properties of 9SiCr steel was studied, and the microstructure of 9SiCr steel was analyzed. The results show that the impact toughness of 9SiCr steel is not enough after conventional heat treatment. After 860 ℃ × 30 min quenching + 200 ℃ × 9 min salt bath isothermal quenching, the hardness of 9SiCr steel is equivalent to that of conventional quenching; after 180 ℃ × 2 h tempering, the impact toughness is higher than that of conventional quenching 49.5%, the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel have been improved.
