[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。[方法]选取符合标准病例80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,进行疗效观察,并做统计分析。[结果]治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率92.5%。[结论]中西医结合是治疗周围性面瘫的有效途径。对于面瘫的选穴上可多使用远端腧穴,已达到更好的效果。 [Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. [Methods] Eighty standard cases were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The curative effect was observed and analyzed statistically. [Results] The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 92.5% in the control group. [Conclusion] Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is an effective way to treat peripheral facial paralysis. For facial paralysis of the points can be used more distal acupoints, has achieved better results.
