教学反思能力是一个高素质的现代教师所应具备的重要能力之一,是对教师的一种素质要求,是教师应具备的一种可贵的品质。反思能力并非与生俱来或随时间流逝自然提高的,它需要教师在实际的教学过程中有意识、有计划、有步骤地加以培养和发展。反思是加强教师队伍建设的有效途径,新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进过程,正是一个逐步深入和深刻的反思过程。只有当反思成为一种习惯,教师才会自主地、专业化地发展。
Teaching reflection ability is one of the important qualities that a high-quality modern teacher should possess. It is a quality requirement for teachers and a valuable quality that teachers should possess. Reflective ability is not inherent in nature or improves naturally over time. It requires teachers to consciously, planably and systematically cultivate and develop the actual teaching process. Reflection is an effective way to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. The process of the new round of basic education curriculum reform is an in-depth and profound reflection process. Only when reflection becomes a habit will teachers develop autonomously and professionally.
