目的通过对某紧凑型节能灯生产线职业病危害识别与控制效果的评价,了解掌握紧凑型节能灯生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出职业病防治的重点。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测对建设项目进行评价。结果生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,主要有汞、钼、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等对测定结果进行综合评价,除废管处理工序评价结论为限期治理外,其他工序监测结果均为“合格”。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的。
Objective To evaluate the identification and control effect of occupational hazards in a compact energy-saving lamp production line and learn about the hazards and hazards of occupational diseases in the production of compact energy-saving lamps and put forward the key points of occupational disease prevention and control. Methods Occupational hygiene survey and workplace occupational hazards were used to evaluate the construction projects. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in the production process were mainly mercury, molybdenum, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and so on. The results of the evaluation of the waste pipe treatment process were evaluated as “deadline” and the results of other process monitoring were “qualified” . Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
