人在睡眠中,大脑皮层细胞获得充分的休息,整个机体的消耗减少到最低水平;体内健康的组织进行充分的新陈代谢,获得了足够的营养和新生。而损伤的组织则得到了及时的修补;在睡眠中疾病的痛苦被抑制,而肌体的同化作用却被大大地加强。所以我们在美美地睡上一觉之后,醒来便感到体力充沛、精神饱满,有信心去迎接生活中新的挑战。而缺乏睡眠或者睡眠质量不高时,我们感到没精打采、浑身乏力,什么事情都不想干,也干不好。
