介绍了AOD炉冶炼不锈钢的工艺特点,阐述了冶炼过程中导致渣料、还原剂消耗量大的根源。以降低AOD炉物料消耗为目的,利用铝镇静钢浇余渣高熔点、低碱度的特点,通过调整冶炼工艺和工业试验,将铝镇静钢浇余渣应用到AOD炉冶炼不锈钢过程中。试验表明:将铝镇静钢浇余渣加在AOD炉还原期能够替换部分石灰,有效地解决了AOD炉冶炼过程热量不足导致Cr元素高氧化的问题;通过数据分析和对比得出最佳使用量为20~30 kg/t,由此可降低石灰10~15 kg/t、硅铁4~6 kg/t、萤石3~5 kg/t,吨钢成本降低约35元,工序能耗大幅下降。
The process characteristics of smelting stainless steel in AOD furnace are introduced, and the root cause of large consumption of reducing agent and reducing agent in smelting process is described. In order to reduce the consumption of material in AOD furnace, the aluminum killed steel residue is applied to smelting stainless steel in AOD furnace by adjusting the smelting process and industrial test by utilizing the characteristics of high melting point and low alkalinity of the slagging slag of aluminum killed steel.
