采煤机截齿是一种用量极大的消耗性采煤工具。其刀体的传统生产工艺是铸造,或粗锻后切削加工,或直接用棒料切削加工,前者产品性能差,后两者材料利用率低,生产成本高。本文所述采煤机截齿刀体温挤压精密成形技术完全克服了上述缺点。从分析采煤机截齿刀体温挤压成形特点入手,采用功平衡原理求解变形力的近似解,推导出采煤机截齿刀体温挤压力的近似计算公式。从理论上确定了挤压力的主要影响因素及其变化规律,为该项新工艺的模具设计和设备选择提供了理论依据。
Shearer pick is a great amount of consumption of coal mining tools. The knife body of the traditional production process is casting, or rough after cutting, or direct use of bar cutting, the former poor performance of the product, the latter two low utilization of materials, high production costs. In this paper, shearer cutter blade temperature extrusion precision forming technology completely overcome the above shortcomings. Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of body temperature extrusion of shearer’s pick cutter, the approximate solution of the deformation force is obtained by the principle of work balance, and the approximate formula of the temperature squeezing force of shearer’s cutter body is deduced. The main influencing factors of squeezing force and its changing rule are theoretically determined, which provides the theoretical basis for the mold design and equipment selection of the new process.
