根据乙烯基含量和第三单体含量,对不同牌号三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料的物理性能进行分析,选择EPDM7500作为EPDM/炭黑复合材料的主体材料。研究填料、增塑剂和硫化体系对EPDM/炭黑复合材料性能的影响,选择高耐磨炭黑和大粒径喷雾炭黑作填料,液体橡胶作增塑剂,过氧化物DCP和硫黄作硫化剂,通过二段硫化工艺制备出拉伸强度和拉断伸长率大、压缩永久变形小的高性能EPDM/炭黑复合材料,该复合材料可以用于制备高性能橡胶密封制品。
