目的:研究消瘰合剂的质量控制项目。方法:采用薄层色谱法对消瘰合剂中2味中药黄芪和黄芩进行定性鉴别;用RP-HPLC法对黄芩苷进行含量测定。以Zorbax Extend-C18(5μm,4.6mm×150mm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.2)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为280nm;进样量为10μL。结果:所建立的薄层色谱方法专属性好;黄芩苷在13.44~134.4μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,日内、日间精密度RSD分别为1.3%,1.6%。高、中、低3个浓度平均加样回收率(n=3)分别为100.9%;101.8%,102.2%;RSD分别为1.5%,1.7%,1.4%(n=3)。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To study the quality control project of Xiaoyan mixture. Methods: The two traditional Chinese medicines Astragalus and Scutellariae Radix were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by RP-HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of Zorbax Extend-C18 (5μm, 4.6mm × 150mm) and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (55:45:0.2) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min- 10μL. Results: The established TLC method was of good specificity. Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 13.44-134.4μg · mL-1, r = 0.9996. The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 1.3 %, 1.6%. The average recoveries (n = 3) were 100.9%, 101.8% and 102.2% for high, middle and low concentrations respectively. The RSDs were 1.5%, 1.7% and 1.4% (n = 3) respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, the result is accurate and reliable.
