目的 :建立诱导性骨髓形成的模型 ,探讨骨髓形成及调控机理。方法 :将异种 (人 )脱钙骨基质粉植入Spraque -Dawley大鼠腹壁皮下。结果 :在诱导 3~ 10d ,可见间充质细胞增殖 ,分化成幼稚软骨细胞并形成软骨组织。诱导11~ 2 1d即见到初级骨髓组织形成。诱导 2 2~ 3 4d出现典型骨髓组织 ,大量造血细胞产生。诱导 40~ 60d生成的造血组织未见明显萎缩。结论 :人鼠骨诱导活性因子具有同源性 ,无种的特异性 ,该模型建立可为临床血液学基础研究骨髓构形的发生学及其调控机理提供一个新的研究方向
Objective: To establish a model of induced bone marrow formation and to explore the mechanism of bone marrow formation and regulation. METHODS: Heterologous (human) demineralized bone matrix powder was subcutaneously implanted into the abdominal wall of Spraque-Dawley rats. Results: After induced for 3 ~ 10 days, mesenchymal cells proliferated, differentiated into juvenile chondrocytes and formed cartilage. Induction 11 ~ 21d that primary bone marrow formation to see. Induced 2 2 ~ 34 days appeared typical bone marrow tissue, a large number of hematopoietic cells. Induction of 40 ~ 60d hematopoietic tissue generated no significant atrophy. CONCLUSION: The human osteoblast-derived active factor is homologous and has no species specificity. This model could provide a new research direction for the study of bone marrow conformation and its regulation mechanism in clinical hematology
