随着国网公司财务集约化管理进一步深化,对财务部门在工程项目管理中提出了更高的要求,本文通过在电网项目前期财务审核实践和思考,结合管理现状,探讨财务部门在项目审核过程中的审核内容和机制,研究财务部门在项目管理中如何更好地参与项目前期管理,与预算管理的衔接,同时解决项目管理中的一些后发问题,达到业财协同的目的。
With the deepening financial intensive management of State Grid Corporation of China, the financial department put forward higher requirements in the project management.
