装卸部门是铁路运输组织工作的重要组成部分。装卸作业的效率、安全和质量，直接影响着运输生产最终产品的完成。铁道部以郑州东站为试点，在开发该站生产信息管理系统中对装卸作业管理信息系统进行了研制。装卸派班的计算机管理做为该系统的一部分已经实施，为郑州东站生产管理现代化做出了贡献。
Handling department is an important part of the work of the railway transport organization. The efficiency, safety and quality of handling operations have a direct impact on the completion of the final product for transport production. Ministry of Railways to Zhengzhou East Railway Station as a pilot in the development of the station production information management system for loading and unloading operations management information system was developed. The management of the loading and unloading dispatching classes has been implemented as part of the system and has contributed to the modernization of production and management in Zhengzhou East Railway Station.
