利用电阻炉研究了AlSi_7Mg 枝晶合金半固态加热时的组织演变·研究表明:在(589~597±1)℃下,保温5~120min,初生α枝晶难以完全转化为球状的α相;在较高的半固态加热温度下,若保温时间过长,试样会存在不同程度的变形.
The microstructure evolution of AlSi7Mg dendritic alloy during semi-solid heating was studied by means of a resistance furnace. The results show that the primary αdendrites can not be completely transformed into the spherical α phase at (589 ~ 597 ± 1) ℃ for 5 ~ 120min. Higher semi-solid heating temperature, if the holding time is too long, the sample will have different degrees of deformation.
