党的十一届三中全会以来,由于坚定不移地贯彻执行党的中医政策,加强领导,务实求新,大胆探索,不断创新,使我市农村中医工作得到较快的发展,全市初步形成了以县中医医院为龙头,以乡镇卫生院为枢纽,以村卫生室为基础的上下贯通、成片连网的农村中医三级医疗保健服务网络。较好地发挥了中医中药在初级卫生保健中的作用,为提高广大农村居民的健康水平,促进农村社会经济发展,起到了积极推动作用。 现结合我们的工作实际,浅谈发展农村中医事业的经验和体会。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, due to the unswerving implementation of the party’s TCM policy, strengthened leadership, pragmatic innovation, bold exploration, and constant innovation, the city’s rural TCM work has developed rapidly and the city’s initial development has taken shape.
