笔者从做企业的销售主管开始,一直做到企业总经理,期间管过人,也被人管;也曾辞退过员工,绝大部分辞退决定都是因为员工的能力无法胜任岗位要求而作出的,但是前两天辞退一位员工却是个例外。在这件事情上,可能我的观点和做法值得商榷,所以今天把话说出来,希望能够给那些尚在职场的朋友有所启示。严格来讲,对于这位身居中层的员工,我对他还是比较欣赏的,甚至准备予以重用。但是为了加强管理和考核,公司对相关制度和考核做了调整,谁知在宣布调整时,该员工当场反对,会议还没有结束就擅自离去,而且更糟糕的是,他竟然挑动一部分员工采取在办公室不工作的方式来对抗决定。
