目的 :研究姜黄素对急性白血病 NB4 细胞的诱导凋亡作用 ,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法 :以不同浓度的姜黄素作用于体外培养的 NB4 细胞 ,检测细胞生长抑制率 ,观察细胞凋亡时的形态学变化 ,对细胞凋亡前后的 Caspase3活性进行检测。结果 :姜黄素可显著地提高 NB4 细胞Caspase3活性 ,抑制细胞的生长 ,诱导细胞发生凋亡。并呈现出明显的量 -效与时 -效关系。结论 :姜黄素能诱导 NB4 细胞调亡 ,升高 Caspase3活性是其重要作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the induction of apoptosis induced by curcumin on NB4 cells induced by acute leukemia and its mechanism of action. Methods: Different concentrations of curcumin were used to effect the growth of NB4 cells in vitro. The growth inhibition rate of the cells was observed. The morphological changes of the cells were observed and the activities of Caspase3 before and after apoptosis were detected. Results: Curcumin significantly increased the activity of Caspase3 in NB4 cells, inhibited cell growth and induced cell apoptosis. And showed a significant amount - efficiency and time-effectiveness relationship. Conclusion: Curcumin can induce the apoptosis of NB4 cells and increase the activity of Caspase3, which is one of the important mechanisms.
