利用福尔马林模型观察 L idocaine预处理后大鼠的伤害行为反应及 NOS阳性神经元在三叉神经感觉核簇 (Vcx)内分布 ,以探讨 NO与中枢疼痛机制的关系。结果显示 ,NO对面部伤害性信息的传递和调控起重要作用。
The injury behavior of L idocaine preconditioned rats and the distribution of NOS positive neurons in Vcx were observed by formalin analysis to explore the relationship between NO and central pain mechanism. The results show that NO plays an important role in the transmission and regulation of nociceptive information.
