本文介绍了热处理制度、冷加工变形对3YC10合金性能的影响,确立了最佳热处理工艺制度。指出合金的机械性能及高温恒弹性特性不仅敏感于回火温度,而且也与回火前的工艺制度有关。认为大的冷加工变形量对该合金的恒弹性行为产生不良的影响,建议最好不以冷加工状态应用,但是允许在少量的冷变形条件下使用。本文最后介绍了该合金的元件试验情况。
This article describes the heat treatment system, cold deformation on the performance of 3YC10 alloy, established the best heat treatment process system. It is pointed out that the mechanical properties of the alloy and the high temperature and constant elastic properties are not only sensitive to the tempering temperature, but also to the pre-tempering process system. It is considered that a large amount of cold working deformation has an adverse effect on the constant elastic behavior of the alloy, and it is advisable not to use it in a cold working condition, but it is allowed to be used under a small amount of cold deformation. At the end of this article, we introduce the component test of this alloy.
