目前,虽有若干种方法可用于分析左室造影中左心室壁节段运动,但还无法研究心内膜层某一固定点的运动规律。本文介绍一种左心室造影中的心内膜界标法(Endocardial Landmark),通过研究,初步肯定该方法可用于估价左心室室壁节段活动。方法:动物实验组选用8头猪,平均体重为24公斤,麻醉后经动脉逆行插入带有微型测压器的导管至左心室进行测压与造影,并在左侧位对心室造影作电影摄片。造影毕,换入一特殊导管沿左心室前壁和下后壁分别植入5支带倒钩的尖细金属标记,并作第二次左室造影。上述金属标记便于在左
