22例经上消化道内镜及结肠镜检查后疑诊为小肠出血者,14例又经胃肠钡荆造影、~(99m)锝扫描、小肠镜、肠系膜上动脉造影等1～3项检查,其中9例发现病灶后外科手术;另外8例急诊手术探查中7例发现病灶.16例术后病理确诊为小肠异位胰腺、Crolm 病各2例,Meckel 憩室4例,小肠平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、恶性组织细胞病、P—J 综合征,多发憩室,腺瘤性息肉、结核及重复回肠各1例.
