研究表明:在社会主义市场经济条件下,我国的推广关系已经发生了前所未有的变化。为了适应这种变化了的推广关系,我国农业推广必须树立竞争意识,正确处理五大关系,搞好九种策划。
Research shows that under the condition of socialist market economy, the promotion relations in our country have undergone unprecedented changes. In order to adapt to this changing promotion relationship, China’s agricultural extension must establish a sense of competition, properly handle the five major relations, and improve nine kinds of planning.
