目的:探讨口腔粘膜癌前病变及口腔癌患者红细胞中Cu-Zn-SOD活性的变化。方法:分3组对117例健康人、口腔粘膜癌前病变与口腔癌患者抽取静脉血按改良邻苯三酚自氧法测定红细胞SOD活性。结采:口腔癌组SOD活性明显低于健康组与癌前病变组(P<0.01);而健康人与癌前病变组SOD活性相近(P>0.05)。结论:自由基的积累在导致癌变前不会引起癌前病变。SOD活性监测对口腔癌患者有意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of Cu-Zn-SOD activity in oral mucosal precancerous lesions and oral cancer patients. Methods: The activity of erythrocyte SOD was determined by modified pyrogallol autoxidation method in 117 healthy subjects, oral mucosal precancerous lesions and oral cancer patients. Results: The SOD activity in oral cancer group was significantly lower than that in healthy group and precancerous lesion group (P <0.01), while the SOD activity in healthy group was similar to that in precancerous lesion group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The accumulation of free radicals does not cause precancerous lesions before causing cancer. SOD activity monitoring of patients with oral cancer is meaningful.
