在中国,肥胖患者已超过9000万,具有减肥功效的保健食品的市场正呈几何级增长,减肥产品以每年超20%的速度激增,年销售总额可达百亿,减肥类保健食品已经成为保健市场中第二大类别的保健食品,而在另一方面,具有减肥功效或宣称具有减肥功效的食品也名目纷杂。本文拟梳理目前国内市场上减肥类食品及其监管现状,并对如何加强减肥类食品的监管提出对策建议。
