2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯致敏豚鼠符合鼻变态反应,出现典型的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕症状[积分值(6±0.94)分]。实验表明:克鼻敏可减少鼻局部症状的积分值(P<0.001),并优于立复汀对照组。结果还显示克鼻敏对致敏豚鼠鼻粘膜肥大细胞释放组织胺介质的高含量有明显的抑制作用(P<0.005),同时亦降低血中含量,说明其作用是通过降低变应原对肥大细胞的刺激,减少组胺释放,从而有效地控制变应性鼻炎发生的。
