用化学试剂氧化物配制合成富硼渣,利用ZC-1600型高温综合测试仪,用内柱体旋转法测定其熔体粘度及熔化性温度.实验过程中,对氧化物原料采取细磨、混匀、快速熔制、搅拌成均相渣、相片村里坩埚等措施,有效防止碳化物生成.研究了B2O3,MgO,SiO2,CaF2含量对熔渣的粘度及熔化性温度的影响.B2O3,CaF2在蒋渣中起到助熔剂及降低熔体粘度的作用.
Preparation of boron-rich slag with chemical reagent oxides, the use of ZC-1600-type high-temperature tester, with the cylinder rotation method to determine the melt viscosity and melting temperature. During the experiment, the raw materials of oxide were finely ground, mixed, rapidly melted, stirred into homogeneous slag, photo village crucible and other measures to effectively prevent the formation of carbides. The effects of B2O3, MgO, SiO2, CaF2 content on the viscosity and melting temperature of slag were studied. B2O3, CaF2 in Chiang slag play a role in flux and reduce the viscosity of the melt.
