白细胞在内毒素所引起的急性肺损伤中的作用已为人们所注意。内毒素可激活补体,生成C_(5a),引起白细胞在肺血管内聚集。聚集的白细胞可释放溶酶体酶、组胺及产生氧基、过氧化物等对肺起损伤作用,引起肺水肿。本工作的目的在于观察内毒素血症大鼠外周白细胞计数,肺组胺(及合成代谢酶),血浆β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(溶酶体酶的一种,以反映溶酶体酶活力,筒称β-g)。及肺系数变化,试图探讨急性肺损伤发生机
