[目的]对日本产红豆杉枝叶中的化学成分进行研究,对分离得到的化合物进行毒活性测试。[方法]采用硅胶柱层析及高压液相色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化学结构。[结果]从红豆杉枝叶的氯仿层萃取物中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为7-epi-taxol、7-epi-cepharomannine、decinnam oyltaxinine J、2-deacetoxydecinnam oyltaxinine J,前2个化合物显示出较强的抗癌活性。[结论]4个化合物均为首次从日本产红豆杉中分离得到。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents in the branches and leaves of Japanese yew and test the toxicity of the isolated compounds. [Method] The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography. The chemical structure was identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. [Result] Four compounds were isolated and identified from the chloroform extract of the branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis. They were 7-epi-taxol, 7-epi-cepharomannine, decinnamylmethylinxin J and 2-deacetoxydecinnamyl- A strong anti-cancer activity. [Conclusion] The four compounds were isolated from Japanese yew for the first time.
