为了延长稀浆封层和微表处的使用寿命,本文在试验研究的基础上,通过对比分析稀浆工艺法和热拌热铺工艺法的优缺点,揭示了稀浆封层和微表处的使用寿命比热铺沥青路面的使用寿命短的原因,针对其原因改进了原有的稀浆工艺法,并详细介绍了稀浆封层和微表处新的施工工艺即预热拌沥青混合料稀浆工艺及其具体做法、施工参数、施工机械组合,以及预热拌稀浆混合料配合比的设计方法和预热拌稀浆混合料体系中沥青微珠优先吸附机理。阐述了预热拌沥青混合料稀浆封层和微表处使用寿命延长的机理。结果表明,预热拌沥青混合料稀浆工艺能够延长稀浆封层和微表处的使用寿命。
