澧县人事局管理专业技术人员业务档案4802份,其中代管高级16份,主管中级605份,初级4181份。近年来,他们认真学习贯彻《档案法》,认真抓了建档的宣传发动,材料收集、规范整理,建档入库等几个环节,加强了全县专业技术人员业务档案建设。在加强专业技术人员业务档案建设中,澧县人事局做了几方面工作:一是增强档案意识,加强组织领导。局里一方面组织全局同志认真学习国家的档案法规,增强大家的档案意识,提高学法、守法、用法的自觉性;另一方面引导大家联系人事工作实际,认识专业技术人员通过职改以后,评骋了与自己学识水平相适应的专业技术职务,但由于档案的科学化、规范化和制度化没有跟上,在一定程度上影响了管好用活专业人才。
