目的探讨健康教育在学校结核病防治工作中的作用。方法通过对我县某校高中师生进行结核病防治知识健康教育的干预,对比干预前后师生结核病防治知识知晓率方面的变化。结果与健康教育前对比,我们发现干预后师生结核病防治知识知晓率明显提高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展好学校结核病防治知识健康教育工作,可明显提高师生结核病防治知识知晓率,是做好学校结核病防治工作的重中之重。
Objective To explore the role of health education in tuberculosis prevention and control in schools. Methods Through the intervention of high school and middle school teachers and students in our county for tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge and health education, the change of knowledge rate of tuberculosis prevention knowledge among teachers and students before and after intervention was compared. Results Compared with pre-health education, we found that the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control among teachers and students after intervention was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion Carrying out the work of health education on knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in schools can significantly improve the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control among teachers and students, which is the most important task in prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools.
