1 前言薄壁容器在石油、化学工业中应用较为广泛,尤其是直径较大的钢制焊接圆筒形的贮罐更为常见。薄壁容器设计中在考虑满足强度的同时必须考虑满足稳定要求。我国“设计规定”对于内径Di≤3800mm的碳素钢或低合金钢,筒体的最小壁厚规定:S_(min)≥2Di/1000,且不小于3mm(腐蚀裕度另加),承受内压封头的壁厚不小于封头内直径的0.3%,承受外压封头的壁厚不小于封头内直径的0.25%,常压容器遵循压力容器“设计规定”的规定。目前这类圆筒形钢制焊接薄壁常压贮罐,因设计不合理,制造质量差造成失稳现象时有发生。最近北京某加油站安装的常压贮油罐,发生了裂塌。本文就通过此实例的分析对防止失稳进行探讨。
