从1958年我国第一条长距离原油管道建成,我国长输油气管道建设的发展历程已有55年,取得的成就令世界瞩目。特别是从20世纪70年代的石油大会战模式,发展到平行发包模式,再到目前的EPC总承包模式,项目管理水平得到了飞速提升,管道工程公司专业化程度越来越高。在实践中我国油气管道无论从建设上还是管理上都取得了很多可借鉴的经验,对这些经验的总结推广应用及创新,不断加强管道工程建设全生命周期管理模式的研究与实践,对今后的油气管道建设和管理有着十分重要的意义。总结经验是为了取得更大的进步。我们在此选取具有特色的管理实务,来佐证管理创新的永无止境。
From 1958 China’s first long-distance crude oil pipeline was completed, the history of China’s long-distance oil and gas pipeline construction has been 55 years, and the achievements made have attracted worldwide attention. Especially from the oil congressional battle mode of the 1970s to the parallel contracting mode, and then to the current EPC general contracting mode, the project management level has been rapidly improved, and the pipeline engineering company has become more and more specialized. In practice, China’s oil and gas pipelines have gained a lot of experiences that can be learned from both construction and management, and have popularized the application and innovation of these experiences, and constantly strengthened the research and practice of the full life-cycle management mode of pipeline construction. Oil and gas pipeline construction and management is of great significance. To sum up experience is to make greater progress. Here we select a unique management practices to support the never-ending management innovation.
