研究以梧柳高速公路项目为背景,对比研究砂岩机制砂和河砂对C30高性能大体积混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗裂性能的影响,对比分析产生性能差异的原因及机理。结果表明,在配比相同的情况下,砂岩机制砂混凝土的工作性能略低于河砂混凝土,但力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗裂性能均优于河砂混凝土;水化产物的SEM测试显示,砂岩机制砂混凝土中C-S-H絮状凝胶与针棒状钙矾石Aft结构更密实,而河砂水化产物更粗大;通过显微硬度分析界面过渡区的硬度,表明机制砂与过渡区的C-S-H凝胶的显微硬度值比河砂的高,其界面黏结更紧密。
