介绍了用脉冲涡流的方法,隔着保温层和防腐层检测试验材料壁厚腐蚀和减薄情况,阐述其基本原理、实测结果和发展现状。针对隔热层下钢管壁厚腐蚀减薄的检测问题,根据电磁涡流无损检测原理,研制出了隔热层下管道壁厚脉冲涡流检测系统。该系统可在役(不中断设备运行)检测隔热层厚度100mm以上的钢管壁厚。
The method of pulse eddy current is introduced. The corrosion and thinning of the wall thickness of the test material are inspected through the thermal insulation layer and the anticorrosive layer. The basic principle, the measured results and the development status are described. Aiming at the problem of thinning corrosion of steel pipe wall under insulation layer, a detecting system of pipe wall thickness pulse eddy current under insulation layer was developed according to the principle of electromagnetic eddy current nondestructive testing. The system can be used in service (without interruption of equipment operation) to detect the insulation wall thickness of 100mm above the wall thickness.
