本文从油~水~活性剂三元体系相态分析出发,讨论了胶束溶液与油、水及油水混合物的混相能力及粘度随组成的变化关系,闸明了胶束段塞在驱油中的基本作用。研究了活性剂,醇及电解质对三元体系相态的影响。为了获得一个好的驱油段塞,必须对组成段塞的重要成份及百分含量进行精心筛选,才能确保在最小用量下获得最大的驱油效果。本文阐述了只用靜态资料做为筛选段塞的依据是不够的。基于胶束溶液同油水接触过程中的状态变化资料,本文提出了段塞驱油过程中往往出现局部非混相状态,它影响段塞的驱油效果,在筛选段塞时应同时予以考虑。最后,文章也概括地介绍了胶束溶液的室内驱油及在矿场增产增注中的应用效果。
In this paper, the phase behavior of oil ~ water ~ active ternary system was discussed. The relationship between micellar solution and the miscibility and viscosity of oil, water and oil-water mixture was discussed. Basic role. The effect of active agent, alcohol and electrolyte on the phase state of ternary system was studied. In order to obtain a good oil displacement slug, the important components and percentages that make up the slug must be carefully screened to ensure maximum oil displacement at minimal usage. This article illustrates that it is not sufficient to use static data only as a basis for screening slugs. Based on the data of state changes during the contact of micellar solution with oil, this paper proposes that the local non-miscible phase appears during the process of oil displacement in slug, which affects the flooding effect of slug. It should also be considered when selecting slug. Finally, the article also summarizes the application of micellar solution indoor flooding and stimulation in the field production increase.
