对油气管道全生命周期安全环境风险管理的方式进行探究。具体是在解析油气管道工程全生命周期风险管理概念的基础上,对风险管理方案设计规则、评价方法与主要目标,以及不同时期风险识别方法进行阐述,提出了构建统一式全生命周期数据信息平台管理风险的对策,最后解析了以GIS为核心构建的线路巡检子系统在油气管道全生命周期中的具体应用。
This paper explores the ways of risk management of safety environment in the whole life cycle of oil and gas pipelines. Based on the analysis of the concept of life cycle risk management in oil and gas pipeline engineering, this paper elaborates the design rules, evaluation methods and main objectives of risk management schemes and the risk identification methods in different periods, and puts forward the method of constructing unified life cycle data information platform Finally, it analyzes the specific application of the line inspection subsystem built with GIS as the core in the entire life cycle of oil and gas pipelines.
