本文阐述了低合金40Cr钢在电解等离子体中渗氮对摩擦性能影响的研究结果。结果表明电解等离子体渗氮能明显提高40Cr钢样品的耐磨性。发现渗氮后的零件粘着磨损变为磨粒磨损。
This paper describes the results of research on the effect of nitriding on the frictional properties of low alloyed 40Cr steel in electrolytic plasma. The results show that electrolytic plasma nitriding can significantly improve the wear resistance of 40Cr steel samples. It was found that the part after nitriding adhesive wear becomes abrasive wear.
