以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘和垂直板电泳分析了16个糖甜菜 F_1及其亲本不同部位、不同生育期的过氧化物酶同工酶。根产量呈正优势的 F_1显示的酶谱表型趋势基本上为倾向亲本和倾向亲本兼杂种型;根产量呈负优势的 F_1显示的酶谱表型趋势基本上为无差异型和不完全父本型,F_13片叶期根的酶谱表型可作为预测杂种优势的参考指标之一。
The polyacrylamide gel disk and vertical plate electrophoresis were used to analyze the peroxidase isozymes in different parts and 16 different sugar beet F_1 and their parents. The phenotypic trend shown by F_1 with a positive root yield was basically a propensity parent and a progeny and a hybrid type. The trend of the zymogram phenotype showed by F_1 with a negative root yield was basically an undifferentiated and incomplete parent Type, F_13 leaf period root zymogram phenotype can be used as a reference to predict heterosis.
