目的观察复方葛根片对衰老大鼠血管氧化应激的保护作用。方法将50只Wistar大鼠按体质量随机分为5组,正常对照组、D-半乳糖(150 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),腹腔注射)造模组、D-半乳糖+复方葛根片(0.406、0.203、0.102mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))剂量组,灌胃给药,49d后黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶的活性,比色法测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,TBA法测定丙二醛的含量,取胸主动脉制作病理切片。结果模型组大鼠血清中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,丙二醛含量升高(P<0.05),血管组织结构病变严重。各给药组与模型组相比均有不同程度的改善。结论复方葛根片对大鼠血管的氧化应激具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Fuge Puerariae tablets on vascular oxidative stress in aging rats. Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups according to the body weight. The rats in the normal control group, D-galactose (150 mg · kg -1 · d -1, ip) - galactose + Fufang Pueraria tablets (0.406,0.203,0.102mg · kg -1 · d -1) dose group, intragastric administration, 49d after the determination of xanthine oxidase serum of rats in each group Activity of superoxide dismutase, the activity of glutathione peroxidase by colorimetric assay, the content of malondialdehyde by TBA method, and the pathological section of thoracic aorta were made. Results The levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum of model rats decreased and MDA content increased (P <0.05). The pathological changes of vascular tissue were serious. Each administration group compared with the model group have different degrees of improvement. Conclusion Fugu Puerariae has some protective effects on the oxidative stress in rat blood vessels.
