以钛酸丁酯为前驱物、无水乙醇为溶剂 ,在不同反应条件下研究了Sol Gel法制备纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的胶凝过程。得到了制备稳定溶胶的最佳工艺条件 :前驱物水解是在混合水溶液中进行 ,其混合液由无水乙醇、水和 pH调节剂 (HCl或NH3·H2 O)组成 ,并采用滴加式加入 ;钛醇盐与水的摩尔比取 2~ 3;乙醇与钛醇盐摩尔比m取 5~ 8;pH值取 1~ 2 ;水解温度为 2 0~ 40℃。
Using butyl titanate as precursor and anhydrous ethanol as solvent, the gelation process of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst by Sol Gel method was studied under different reaction conditions. The optimum conditions for the preparation of the stabilized sol were obtained: hydrolysis of the precursor was carried out in a mixed aqueous solution consisting of absolute ethanol, water and a pH adjuster (HCl or NH 3 .H 2 O) ; The molar ratio of titanium alkoxide to water is 2 to 3; the molar ratio of ethanol to titanium alkoxide is 5 to 8; the pH value is 1 to 2; and the hydrolysis temperature is 20 to 40 ° C.
