为了研究强度等级和骨料组分对混凝土立方体抗压强度尺寸效应的影响,对强度等级分别为C20、C40和C60,边长分别为100、150、200 mm共135组混凝土、水泥砂浆和水泥净浆立方体试件进行抗压试验。结果表明:强度等级对混凝土立方体抗压强度尺寸效应的影响较大,边长200 mm的C40与C60混凝土立方体抗压强度的尺寸效应度分别约为C20混凝土的1.61倍与1.85倍;骨料组分对立方体抗压强度的尺寸效应有一定影响,其中,尺寸效应受粗骨料影响较明显,边长200 mm混凝土立方体抗压强度的尺寸效应度约为水泥砂浆的2.7倍,细骨料对尺寸效应的影响较弱,水泥净浆立方体抗压强度的尺寸效应度约为水泥砂浆的88%。提出了混凝土立方体抗压强度尺寸效应律的计算式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
In order to study the influence of strength grade and aggregate component on the compressive strength and size effect of concrete cubes, the strength classes are C20, C40 and C60, and the total length of the group is 135 concrete, cement mortar and cement Net weight cube specimens were tested for compressive strength. The results show that the strength grade has a significant effect on the compressive strength and size effect of concrete cubes. The dimensional compressive strength of C40 and C60 concrete cubes with sides of 200 mm is about 1.61 times and 1.85 times that of C20 concrete respectively. The effect of size on the compressive strength of cubes has a certain impact, of which the size effect is more affected by the coarse aggregate. The dimensional effect of compressive strength of concrete cubes with side length of 200 mm is about 2.7 times that of cement mortar. The effect of size effect is weak, and the size effect of compressive strength of cement paste cubes is about 88% of that of cement mortar. The calculation formula of size effect law of compressive strength of concrete cubes is presented. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
