本文用弹塑性有限元法分析了径向挤压工艺中无初始强化金属在稳定变形中的应力和模具表面压力的分布,首次给出了径向挤压过程中应力和模具表面压力分布曲线,形象地说明了在变形区各方面应力的相对大小和变化趋势,对于了解应力分布、进而防止制件切向开裂有一定的指导意义。模具表面压力分布曲线的给出对于合理地设计模具,以及对模具轮廓曲线的优化问题有着广泛的意义。
In this paper, the elastic-plastic finite element method is used to analyze the distribution of stress and die surface pressure in the process of radial extrusion without initial strengthening metal. The stress and die surface pressure distribution curve in the process of radial extrusion are given for the first time. It vividly illustrates the relative size and trend of stress in all aspects of the deformation zone, which is of guiding significance for understanding the stress distribution and thus preventing the tangential cracking of the workpiece. The mold surface pressure distribution curve is given for the rational design of the mold, as well as the optimization of the mold contour curve has a wide range of significance.
